Why another form builder? Because most form builders are exhaustive and complex to configure. SimpleSignIn is a simple module to create simple forms.

How do I do that?  Create all your forms (Contact, Subscription, Registration, Feedback...) with a single module. You can set as many forms as you wish on your portal. Your customers can enter information in organized fields, subscribe to services, send emails and even create a user account on your site. Building a form has never been so simple.
