Indeed, I don't see "en_US" files too... Can you try to copy also files in this approximately directory : C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Common\4.0\crystalreportviewers12\ ?

Sorry for the long silence.. I have copied the file to directory : C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Common\4.0\crystalreportviewers12\.. and there is no error reported when I run the developer tools except that the report required login to server. I key in the username and password but no response.
Please advice.
