1) Does the viewer support Crystal Reports version XI release 2?

2) I added the line

<add verb = "GET" path = "crystalimagehandler.aspx" type = "CrystalDecisions.Web.CrystalImageHandler, CrystalDecisions.Web, Version = 12.0.2000.0, Culture = neutral, PublicKeyToken = 692fbea5521e1304 "/>

to the httphandlers section of web.config, but when I "check the installation", I get the message that says the line needs to be added.

3) When I edit the report and check the connection, it is established.  But, when I try to view the report I get the "Failed to open the connection" message.

Please help.
