also only on this portal where i deployed the Mworkflows when i upload a picture or doc in the telerik editor, does the db not sync.  i have to manually load  the file system sync.

We are currently developing the next version including DNN 5.4.1 compatibility.
If you want to use our module for content workflow, it's unnecessary to activate the integrated workflow to the latest versions of the module TextHTML.
Regarding the synchronisation of the filesystem, our module does not intervene at this level. Is synchronization routine is activated in "host settings" menu ?
