We lost our the text in content section in onclick for behavior in the edit .
It also got lost when we upgraded the module and we had to reenter all the values again.

Can you please tell where is the value for content  is stored so that we can copy those values otherwise reenter all the values again manually in all the maps.

I tried to attach the screen shot for content portion along with this email but could not do so

Hello,

It is possible that the update of the module have caused a change in the interpretation of hotspots by the module.
Maybe the datas are still stored in database.
I think so because you have obviously still access to your maps and hotspots, but i can't garantee.

Could you please send me a recent save of your database ?
I'll be able to check if your datas are safe or not.

I send you my e-mail address by mail to respond to your request.

Regards,
Aricie Team.

Hello,

First, you should try to download and install the same version again.
I did an update which could solve your problem.

If it doesn't works, you can find the values in the ModuleSettings table, inside the lines named as "InnerMap ..".
You should be able to know if there's values within the <Content> and </Content> tags, of the Hotspots of your respective maps.

Aricie team.

I can see the values in <content></content> for the hotspot values but they are not appearing on the content textbox of website.  Is there a way to make them appear or the web site ?

For now, I don't have other solution to submit you than to copy/paste yourself the content datas from <content></content> to insert them into the respective content text areas of your hotspots.
But it is certainly the best way to achieve good results.

Regards,
Aricie Team.
